If for any reason you are unhappy with any or all of the goods you receive from us, you can return them to Pretty Frills Blind Company for an exchange or refund as long as they are returned within seven days of the date you received them. If you do wish to return goods to us, it is the buyer's reponsibility to ensure the goods are returned adequately protected and in the original packaging supplied. Unless the goods were damaged when you received them, you will be liable for the cost of return.
