Fabric Requirements:

Purchase sufficient material to cover the width and drop required ADDING 6cms to the width for side hems and 10cms to the length for top and bottom hems. Allow for pattern matching if using more than one width of cloth.

Linings:

It is not essential, but it is recommended that Roman Blinds be lined. Purchase sufficient to cover the width and drop required, ADDING an extra 60cms for every metre of the drop. (This extra lining will be needed to make up pockets for the blind bars and for the top and bottom hems).

These components can also be purchased separately, if preferred:
20mm adhesive backed mushroom hook the same length as the width of the blind.
20mm sew-on (not adhesive backed) loop the same length as the width of the blind.
