Prices
Pretty Frills Blind Company reserve the right to review prices, discounts and terms at anytime and therefore these are subject to alteration without notice. Orders are accepted at prices, discounts and terms ruling on the date of despatch. Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling.

 
VAT
VAT will be charged at the standard UK rate applicable at point of sale. For retail shoppers VAT is included in the price displayed. For Trade customers, prices shown exclude VAT, but the appropriare VAT amount is shown clearly when you place an order in the Shopping Cart.

 
Special Orders
When an order has been specially made or coloured such goods are NOT RETURNABLE. Under no circumstances can such orders be cancelled after the work is in hand.

 
Confirmation of Orders
Orders and payments will be confirmed by email. If there are any errors we must be notified immediately to allow us to make any changes.

 
Minimum Orders
There is no minimum order.

Delivery Times
Pretty Frills will endeavour to deliver your goods within 5 working days and Sunflex products within 10 days  from date of confirmation. If any goods are out of stock we will notify you immediately and a choice will be given to change your order, wait for stock, or cancel. Your parcel will require a signature at time of delivery, please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery.
 

Export
We are an UK based company and specialise in supplying the UK mainland. However we will consider delivery overseas
 
Claims
It is the BUYER'S responsibility regardless of delivery address to ensure goods are as ordered and are of satisfactory quality.


Returns and Cancellations
Should you wish to return any goods to us it is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned adequately protected and in the original packaging supplied. The cost of return unless the goods arrived damaged is to be paid by the customer.

If for any reason you are unhappy with any or all of the goods received, you can return them to Pretty Frills Blind Company for an exchange or refund, providing they are returned within 7 days from the date you received them.
